The 2023. per year XXV. Act on Complaints, Whistleblowing and Reporting of Abuses (also known as the „Whistleblower Protection Act” or „Complaints Act”), which transposes the provisions of the EU Whistleblowing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report violations of EU law into Hungarian law.
